El Campesino to open restaurant at the Waterfront in Homestead
Enjoy some Mexican food at a brand new spot Saturday at the Waterfront in Homestead.
El Campesino at The Waterfront will celebrate its grand opening.
The fiesta includes drink tastings, specials and live music.
“We’ve been getting calls from excited patrons since the day we announced El Campesino was joining our tenant roster,” Carey Kann, general manager at The Waterfront, said in a statement. “We really pride ourselves on having a nice mix of local and national retailers to round out our offerings, and to bring on such a loved Pittsburgh restaurant like El Campesino is truly a win.”
El Campesino has been serving Pittsburghers for more than 20 years, the release said. Other locations include Monroeville, McMurray, North Fayette, and Ross.
The newest location will feature a large outdoor patio.
El Campesino is located next to Primanti’s in Town Center. The restaurant is one of four retailers joining The Waterfront, including Bank of America, PNC Bank and Xfinity.
