Employees at two other Giant Eagle stores have tested positive for the coronavirus, officials announced Friday.

The company said on its website that it got confirmation Wednesday of a case at its Kennedy Township store, 1800 McKees Rocks Road. The last day the person was in the store was Sunday.

Another case was confirmed at an Ohio Giant Eagle, officials said. Located at 4343 Royalton Road, Broadview Heights, the case was confirmed Sunday, and the last day the person was in the store was April 14.

Both locations have been sanitized and remain open, officials said.

Giant Eagle previously confirmed cases at seven of its stores including the Pine Creek store in McCandless and stores in Robinson, New Kensington, North Huntingdon and Wexford, along with Altoona and Brunswick, Ohio.

According to the company’s website, affected stores are removed from the site “after five days of thorough sanitation have been completed after the date of confirmation.”
