Officials have identified human skeletal remains discovered last April by hikers on a wooded hillside in Pittsburgh’s Mt. Washington neighborhood.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office said the remains belong to Bernard M. Mohan, 62. The office didn’t specify where Mohan was from.

No further information about Mohan was released.

Police responded to a report of a body found near Wyoming Street and Grandview Avenue shortly after 5 p.m. April 5, 2018. Officials discovered the skeletal remains on the middle of the hill near East Sycamore Street. A rescue team removed the remains.
