Cinderlands Beer in Lawrenceville is expanding to the Strip District.
The company said on its website will open a warehouse which will be the destination for familiar brews and classic dishes sometime near the end of April.
On Facebook, it said it is quickly expanding with a full scratch kitchen and looking for experienced line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers.
“We focus on modern American cuisine with local favorites and a global influence,” another Facebook post said. “We work in an open kitchen with an upbeat and energetic atmosphere. Our goal is to be consistent, creative, and provide exceptional and memorable service to our guests.”
The brewery and restaurant opened in 2017 in Lawrenceville and produces a few types of beer, including their self-proclaimed “dad beer,” the Tracks Again pilsner.
“We’re thrilled to be part of a generation of small breweries and independent restaurants with their finger on the pulse of what makes Pittsburgh one of the grittiest, hardest-working, and yet still-shining cities in our country,” the brewery said on its website.
Owners could not be reached for comment Friday.
