A McKees Rocks man and two juveniles are charged in connection with Thursday morning’s shooting in McKees Rocks, Allegheny County police said.

William Davis Sr., 37, is charged with obstructing justice, tampering with evidence, having a firearm with an altered serial number, carrying a firearm without a license, and receiving stolen property, county police said.

Two youths, no age or gender given, are facing charges in juvenile court.

A county 911 dispatcher received a report about a shot fired in the 700 block of Bouquet Street at about 11:30 a.m..

Police said they found evidence, but not a victim.

However, witnesses said they saw a red SUV speeding from the area.

Later, a man shot in the chest arrived at a local hospital.

He arrived in a red Dodge Durango SUV. There were two juveniles in the vehicle, as well.

It’s unclear if the juveniles in the car are the ones who were charged.

Davis is in the county jail and the juveniles are in the juvenile system, police said.
