Man found shot to death in Pittsburgh’s Larimer neighborhood identified

Pittsburgh police are investigating after a man was found shot to death in a home in the city’s Larimer neighborhood on Monday, April 8, 2019.

The identity of a man shot to death in a Larimer home on Monday has been released.

Mark Anthony Jackson, 39, was killed at 6:18 p.m., according to the Allegheny County medical examiner’s office.

Pittsburgh police are investigating the fatal shooting.

Police spokeswoman Alicia George said Zone 5 officers were dispatched at about 6:15 p.m. to the home in the 600 block of Winfield Street.

No other injuries were reported.
