A crash involving multiple vehicles snarled traffic along southbound Route 28 near the Millvale exit Monday morning, according to PennDOT.
Lane restrictions were in place near the scene of the crash, which was reported shortly before 6:30 a.m.
The restrictions were lifted by 8 a.m., but traffic cameras showed that inbound lanes remained backed up past the Highland Park Bridge exit.
No information about injuries was available.
