Go karting with a twist is how organizers describe the Mushroom Rally experience, in which drivers can don their favorite costumes and race around a themed track, competing for prizes.
The competition will be held at 9 and 11 a.m. and 1, 3, 5 and 7 p.m. Sept. 28-29 and Oct. 5 at Steel City Indoor Karting, 360 Mall Circle Drive, Monroeville, planners say.
Participants can race against their favorite characters while collecting stars to win prizes.
One winner from each city where rallies are held will be flown to Las Vegas for the grand finale and a chance to fight it out for the grand prize.
