PennDOT District 11 reopened the “bathtub” area of the Parkway East in Pittsburgh this morning.

The area was closed Friday evening due to flooding.

In addition, the southbound Parkway North, I-279, ramp from the Fort Duquesne Bridge to the eastbound lanes of the Parkway East were also reopened to traffic.

Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles, including color-coded winter conditions on 2,900 miles, by visiting www.511PA.com.
