Picklesburgh, named the No. 1 specialty food festival in America by the latest USA Today reader’s poll, will be held July 26 through 28 along the Roberto Clemente Bridge to the riverside lanes of Fort Duquesne Boulevard between Stanwix and 7th Streets. The event includes lots of pickle-inspired foods.

Pittsburgh visitors should expect street, bridge and parking restrictions in Downtown and the North Side during the four-day Picklesburgh specialty food festival beginning on Thursday.

The Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership announced the following restrictions will go into effect at 9 a.m. Thursday and continue until Monday afternoon:

  • The Roberto Clemente Bridge and the riverside lanes of Fort Duquesne Boulevard, Downtown, between Stanwix and Seventh streets will be closed along with Federal Street in the North Side from the Roberto Clemente Bridge to General Robinson Street.
  • Isabella Street in the North Side between Sandusky and Federal streets will be restricted to local traffic. Parking will be prohibited on that portion of Isabella.
  • No parking on Fort Duquesne Boulevard from Stanwix to Seventh and on Stanwix from Penn Avenue to Ft. Duquesne Boulevard.

The restrictions will be lifted before Monday’s evening rush hour.
