A Pittsburgh man charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl has pleaded guilty in federal court.

Trevon Woodson, 22, pleaded guilty before Senior U.S. District Court Judge David S. Cercone.

Judge Cercone scheduled sentencing for Oct. 1.

Authorities said Woodson and his twin brother, Drevon, would package narcotics for their cousin, Lynell Guyton. He would purchased large quantities of fentanyl from overseas purveyors to sell locally.

Authorities said Guyton utilized people to package drugs for him from May 2017 until August 2017.

Lynell Guyton and Drevon Woodson are under indictment.
