Pittsburgh police searching for city man suspected of shooting 2 teens in Carrick

Cody Smith, 23, of Pittsburgh is wanted by Pittsburgh police for the attempted homicide of two male teenagers in Carrick Thursday afternoon. An arrest warrant was issued Saturday.
Pittsburgh police detectives have an arrest warrant for a city man wanted in connection with the shooting of two teenagers in Carrick on Thursday.
Cody Smith, 23, of Pittsburgh is wanted on charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, robbery in addition to other charges, police said Saturday.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 412- 323-7151.
On Thursday, police said they found two teenagers shot just after 3:30 p.m. in the 1900 block of Westmont Street.
One of the teens was shot in the back of his head, the other was shot in the shoulder.
Both victims were transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
