Admission to the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium will be free on Tuesday as the zoo celebrates World Wildlife Day.

“It is important for all of us to start thinking about how our actions can make a positive impact on the environment and conservation efforts,” said Dr. Barbara Baker, President & CEO of the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium. “We want to educate our visitors about how important their role is in facilitating change.”

The zoo will be encouraging donations to wildlife conservation projects.
