Last year, 350 people attended the wedding showcase.

“We set up the space for a mock ceremony so guests can see what it can look like,” said Katelyn Larsen, Phipps event sales manager. “One of my favorite parts of hosting a wedding here is when a bride or groom will say they remember as a child being at Phipps with their parents or grandparents and all those good times.”

Held at night, guests can experience the space after hours by evening light.

There will be a panel discussion led by Victoria Deardorff of Peters who founded Burgh Brides, a multi-faceted wedding planning resource. She connects couples and vendors as well as offers planning tips and inspiration.

“We try to be the most comprehensive wedding resource,” said Deardorff, who has worked closely with Phipps and vendors and the couples who’ve hosted their big day there.

“This event is wonderful because you can explore the possibilities of the space,” she said. “It’s a chance to meet the vendors and talk about the planning process.”

Admission is $15.
