Police: 1 person in stable condition following shooting in Northview Heights

A man was hospitalized in stable condition after he was shot early Friday morning in Northview Heights, Pittsburgh police said.

The man was found in the 500 block of Mount Pleasant Road around 12 a.m. after officers received a report of a gunshot victim. He had a graze wound to the head, officials said.

EMS transported him to the hospital. No other injuries were reported.

Police are investigating, but do not yet have a possible suspect.
