Police: 2 people died after shooting in Wilkinsburg Thursday night

Two people died after being shot in Wilkinsburg Thursday night, police said.

Elisha Marie Moses, 34, of Pittsburgh was pronounced dead at UPMC Mercy Hospital, according to the Allegheny County Medical Examiner. A 49-year-old male, identified as Terrance L. Carter, also died after being taken to the hospital.

Both victims were found with multiple gunshot wounds after Allegheny County and borough police responded to the shooting shortly before 10 p.m. in the 1000 block of Princeton Boulevard.

County homicide detectives are investigating the incident.
