Swissvale shooting victim identified
The victim of a shooting Thursday in Swissvale has been identified by the Allegheny County Medical Examiner.
Kellyn Toliver, 31, of Pittsburgh, was shot just before 6:30 p.m. along the 2000 block of Noble Street, county police said.
First responders and police searched the area and found that Toliver ran to the 7500 block of Center Street.
He was transported to UPMC Presbyterian where he later died.
