Police: Man in stable condition after shooting in Marshall-Shadeland

Pittsburgh police are investigating after a man walked into a hospital with a gunshot wound.

According to a news release, the man said he was leaving a bar in the 2600 block of California Avenue in the Marshall-Shadeland neighborhood when he heard gunshots. He then realized he had been shot in the back.

Officials said the man walked into the hospital around 1 a.m. in stable condition.
