The incident happened about 1:10 p.m. at the home improvement store on William Penn Highway, according to Tribune-Review news partner WPXI-TV.

Police said employees tried to stop the suspect and ask for a receipt, but he refused to stop and kept going with the cart full of Dewalt tools, according to the TV station.

Anyone with information is asked to call Wilkins Township police at 412-824-0032.
