No one was injured in a Thursday night shooting in McKees Rocks.

A vehicle was damaged, and investigators are searching for four people, according to Allegheny County police.

McKees Rocks police responded about 10:45 p.m. to McKee Street for a report of shots fired, according to Lt. Venerando Costa. Officers found no victim, nor did they find any signs that someone had been shot.

A second vehicle sped from the area while officers were still on scene, Costa said. An attempt to stop the car on West Carson Street led to three men bailing from the car and running off, he said. One man was detained, but he has not been charged.

Investigators said they believe two cars and four men were involved in the shooting. Anyone with information is asked to contact Allegheny County Police at 1-888-255-8477.
