Police: Teen arrested for firing shots on Pittsburgh’s North Shore

Pittsburgh police have arrested a juvenile for allegedly firing multiple shots Sunday morning in the city’s North Shore neighborhood.

The shooting was reported about 11 a.m. in the 200 block of Federal Street.

When officers arrived they found no victims, but several vehicles had been shot and there were multiple shell casings on the ground, according to the city Department of Public Safety.

A juvenile who was detained at the scene faces aggravated assault and weapons charges. The youth’s identity has not been released.
