A reservist who serves with the 911th Airlift Wing tested positive for covid-19 Monday, according to a spokeswoman for the unit.

This is the first covid-19 case at the military base adjacent to Pittsburgh International Airport.

The airman had no travel history to high-risk areas and was last on the base in February.

The airman was not identified by name or hometown, but the person is isolating at home, according to the 911th’s public affairs chair Sgt. Marjorie Schurr.
