Pittsburgh police are investigating a shooting Wednesday evening that left a man wounded in his upper arm.
Officers from Zone 1 received a 911 call about the shooting from a residence in the 1100 block of Ingham Street shortly before 8 p.m.
When officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot. The man was taken to a local hospital where he was listed in stable condition, police said.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting in the Marshall-Shadeland neighborhood are still under investigation.
Detectives from the Major Crimes Unit also responded.
