Shooting victim walks into Pittsburgh hospital

A shooting victim walked into a Pittsburgh hospital Wednesday night for treatment, according to the city Department of Public Safety.

The man was shot in the leg and was in stable condition.

The city’s ShotSpotter alert system detected a shooting on the 1400 block of Federal Street around 9:15 p.m.

Police are investigating. Further details were not immediately available.
