Pittsburgh SWAT officers surrounded a home along Baytree Street on Tuesday night, after reports that a man barricaded himself inside, police said.

Zone 1 officers were called for reports of shots fired in the 3600 block of the Perry North neighborhood, with a potentially armed man inside a home.

Investigators determined that no shots were fired, Cara Cruz, public information officer, said. There also was no one found inside the home, she said.

Police continue to investigate the incident.
