A man who died Tuesday morning when a cargo truck tipped over onto his car on Steubenville Pike in Robinson has been identified.

Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as Noah Lowman, 19, of Cambria. His death was ruled an accident.

The incident happened about 9 a.m. near the Interstate 79 interchange.

The driver of the cargo truck was headed southbound and trying to make the left turn onto I-79 northbound, according to police. Lowman was headed north.

Investigators said both drivers had a steady green arrow, and it appears Lowman’s car was hit by the truck as the truck was turning.
