What is it like to tell someone they have covid-19? Nina Tatar knows the answer to that question.

Tatar is an infection prevention manager at UPMC Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic. She would normally touch patients and shake their hands. The coronavirus pandemic has changed how she must approach her work. In a video interview, Tatar spoke with the Trib about what it’s been like for her and what she is doing to stay safe.

The interview is part of a new Tribune-Review series: Answering the Call.
