Troopers said Octavia Stone died of her injuries at 3:23 a.m. Saturday at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, where she was taken by ambulance after being stabbed multiple times. Police said they were dispatched to the home on Bessemer Avenue about 8 p.m. Friday.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
