A 12-year-old boy last seen Monday in Pittsburgh’s Arlington section has returned home safely, police said.

Pittsburgh police detectives had sought the public’s help to find Kirill Matveev, who went missing at about 4 p.m. Monday.

Police posted to social media just before 9 a.m. Wednesday that Matveev was located.

Police thanked the public for their help.
