Pittsburgh police seek help finding girl missing from Lincoln Place

Pittsburgh police are asking the public for help in finding a missing 17-year-old girl.

Police said Lisa Hoover was last seen July 26 in the city’s Lincoln Place neighborhood.

Hoover is known to frequent the Lincoln Place, Swissvale and Lawrenceville areas.

She is described as being 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 100 pounds. She has freckles, blue eyes, and long red hair with blonde tips.

Anyone with information about Hoover’s whereabouts is asked to call police at 412-323-7141.
