Pittsburgh Pride reveals 2026 theme, festival dates

The official theme of Pittsburgh Pride 2026 has been announced as “Existence is Resistance.”

Running from June 5-7 this year, specific details can be found on the Pittsburgh Pride website.

The festival is a free celebration that takes place at Allegheny County’s West Park right behind the National Aviary.

Some notable events include:

  • Bigger Gayer Picniq from 1-7 p.m. Sunday, May 31 at 810 Arch St.
  • Pride Prom from 6-10 p.m. Friday, June 5
  • Pride Parade on Sunday, June 7

Pittsburgh Pride is organized by a consortium of local LGBTQ+ organizations, according to its website, including TransYOUniting, QBurgh, Proud Haven and Trans Pride PGH.

The theme and dates were announced on numerous social media accounts.
