A Pittsburgh teenager was arrested Wednesday for allegedly fatally shooting a 17-year-old boy and wounded a male and female in a May incident in the city’s Allentown neighborhood, Pittsburgh police said.

The suspect, Nazair Macon, 17, is accused of shooting three victims in the 700 block of E. Warrington Ave., at about 6:15 p.m. May 9.

One man was pronounced dead on the scene, another male was shot in the upper body and a woman was grazed in the leg. The two who were wounded were transported to a local hospital, police said.

Macon was charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, illegal possession of firearms, simple assault and two counts of recklessly endangering another person. Pittsburgh police had filed the charges against Macon on Aug. 26.

Macon, who was charged as an adult, was arraigned before District Judge Carolyn S. Bengel and placed in the Allegheny County Jail, with no bond set.
