Drug, theft cases among those recently handled by Judge Zucco in Plum

District Judge Linda Zucco recently handled the following cases. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

• Logan Sparrow, 24, of Plum on charges of terroristic threats and harassment. Charges were filed July 15.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Sullivan Mossburg, 23, of Plum on charges of criminal use of a communication facility, possession of drug paraphernalia, intent to deliver drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of controlled substances and two counts of possession with intent to deliver. Charges were filed Aug. 27.

• Michael Kontetta, 40, of Pittsburgh on six counts of access device used to obtain property or service. Oakmont police filed the charges Feb. 11.

• Nicole Gainey, 40, of Gibsonia on charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Aug. 2.
