DUI, drug cases among those recently handled by Judge Zucco in Plum – Sep. 9, 2020

District Judge Linda Zucco recently handled the following cases. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

• Christopher Fetterman, 45, of Ford City on charges of receiving stolen property, two counts of theft by unlawful taking and two counts of possession of controlled substances. Oakmont police filed the charges Feb. 17.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Richard Barnhart, 42, of Mt. Pleasant on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license, following too closely, exceeding maximum speed limits, careless driving and investigation by an officer. State police filed the charges June 20.

• Leonard Miller, 31, of Verona on charges of careless driving, failure to give way to the right, driving under the influence and exceeding maximum speed limits. State police filed the charges June 19.
