DUI, drug cases among those recently handled by Judge Zucco in Plum – Aug. 1, 2019

District Judge Linda Zucco recently handled the following cases. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

• Latifa Harris, 29, of Verona on charges of tampering with physical evidence, statement under penalty and possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed June 7.

• Deondra Seay, 22, of Natrona Heights on charges of driving under the influence, driving at unsafe speed, reckless driving and three counts of recklessly endangering another person. Charges were filed May 24.

Waived preliminary hearings

• William Kucic, 53, of Verona on charges of making materially false oral statements and unsworn falsification to authorities. Charges were filed March 26.

• Renee McHenry, 29, of Plum on charges of disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and two counts of possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed Oct. 27.
