DUI, drug cases among those recently handled by Judge Zucco in Plum – Nov. 20, 2019

District Judge Linda Zucco recently handled the following cases. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

• Tiffany Panza, 35, of Pittsburgh on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed Oct. 15.

• Nicholas Witucki, 33, of Plum on charges of possession of controlled substances, duties at stop sign and no headlights. Charges were filed Oct. 16.

• James Graf IV, 29, of Pittsburgh on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, driving at unsafe speed, reckless driving and failure to notify police of an accident involving damage to vehicle or property. Charges were filed Sept. 30.

• John Hamelly, 36, of Pittsburgh on charges of stalking. Charges were filed Oct. 24.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Dennis Davis II, 47, of New Kensington on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, careless driving, reckless driving and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. Charges were filed Sept. 12.
