DUI, theft cases among those recently handled by Judge Zucco in Plum - Jul. 11, 2019
District Judge Linda Zucco recently handled the following cases. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.
Waived preliminary hearings
- Michelle Walker, 42, of Plum on charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license and careless driving. Charges were filed Feb. 3.
- Paul Brewer, 41, of New Kensington on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. Charges were filed April 19.
- Amy Schlessman, 37, of Cheswick on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving. Oakmont police filed the charges April 19.
- Patrick Trosch, 39, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under the influence and failure to keep right. Charges were filed May 7.
- David Bechtol, 62, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under the influence, reckless driving, failure to stop and give information or render aid and improper tires. Oakmont police filed the charges March 30.
- Dale Ramey, 29, of Penn Hills on five counts of theft by deception and five counts of access device used to obtain property or service. Charges were filed May 13.
- Brandon Plunkett, 27, of Plum on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving. Charges were filed April 1.
