DUI, theft cases among those recently handled in Judge Zucco’s Plum court

Plum District Court Judge Linda Zucco handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

• Chasity Gervasoni, 28, of Duquesne on charges of receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection. Charges were filed Aug. 23.

• Dominick Givner, 30, of Pittsburgh on charges of criminal trespass, criminal conspiracy, two counts of theft by unlawful taking and two counts of receiving stolen property. Allegheny County police filed charges Sept. 29.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Derrick Corley, 20, of Walforf, Md., on charges of driving in right lane, exceeding maximum speed limits and driving under the influence. State police filed charges July 29.

• Jacqueline Mackowski, 23, of Verona on charges of driving under the influence, turning movements and required signals, reckless driving and periods for required lighted lamps. Charges were filed Aug. 28.
