District Judge Linda Zucco recently handled the following cases. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

  • Tara Wolfe, 39, of Verona on charges of identity theft, false reports, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection. Charges were filed March 25.

Waived preliminary hearings

  • Stephanie Sluka, 38, of Plum on charges of driving under the influence and failure to keep right. Charges were filed April 11.

  • Connor Kennedy, 25, of New Kensington on charges of driving under the influence and improper stop. Charges were filed March 28.
