A Thanksgiving wrap-up food drive is planned Nov. 17 at the Fox’s Pizza Den in Oakmont.
It will be held 4 to 7 p.m. and all donations benefit Rosedale Food Pantry.
The most needed items for Thanksgiving include: flour, sugar, canned pumpkin, canned sweet potatoes, boxed stuffing mix, cereal, canned vegetables and fruits, nonperishable canned goods, turkey gravy, canned cranberry sauce, baking spices, nonperishable pie crusts and canned pie fruit.
The Rosedale Food Pantry serves more 700 families each month in Oakmont, Verona, Plum and Penn Hills.
The food drive is sponsored annually by Lori Hummel of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.
