Over the course of three years, the district is set to borrow $30 million for projects at the elementary school and Plum Middle School.

Board finance liaison Mark Stropkaj said it would be very unlikely for expenses at O’Block to reach the maximum since the district is using the same pool of money for middle school improvements.
