Three people were taken to the hospital in stable condition after a shooting in Brighton Heights Tuesday night, Pittsburgh Police said.

Officers responded to the area of Fleming Avenue and Kalorama Way around 10:50 p.m. after receiving multiple Shotspotter alerts, according to police spokesman Maurice Matthews. While investigating the scene, officers were informed that possible victims fled into Bellevue.

Pittsburgh police met with officers from the Bellevue Borough Police Department who located the victims. Two were found on the 200 block of Grant Avenue, one who had a minor wound to the leg and a second who was grazed on the hand, Maurice said. The third person was found on the 100 block of Kendall Avenue near a vehicle that had been struck by gunfire.

All three were transported to the hospital. Police are investigating the incident.
