A woman wanted on multiple warrants was arrested after a police pursuit that ended with a crash into two police cars Tuesday morning in Beaver County.

The chase started around 6:30 a.m. in Aliquippa and continued into Center Township, the Trib’s news partner, WPXI-TV, reported.

Police told the station the chase started after a 911 call reporting a road rage incident. The woman would not stop when police tried to pull her over.

After her SUV hit a Center Township police SUV and an Aliquippa police car, police blocked her vehicle in.

The woman has not yet been identified.

The crash happened at Chapel Road and Colonial Way, which is near Center Municipal Park. Chapel Road was closed, but has since reopened.

No injuries were immediately reported.

Aliquippa police could not immediately be reached for comment.
