Allegheny County police are investigating a Sunday shooting that injured one person in Braddock.

Officers responded to the incident just before 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of Cory Avenue and Fourth Street.

They said a man was shot while sitting inside a vehicle. He was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to police.

No other injuries were reported.

The incident was the second shooting over the weekend in that area.
