The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the victim as Nalene R. Harrell, 38, of Pittsburgh. She was pronounced dead at the scene in the 400 block of Linnview Avenue.

Police responded to the area just after 12:30 a.m. Saturday after a gunshot was reported to 911. The victim was found dead on the sidewalk from a gunshot wound to the head, police said.

According to court documents, Moss was placed in the Allegheny County Jail and faces a May 26 preliminary hearing in Pittsburgh Municipal Court.
