Pittsburgh police are investigating a stabbing in city’s Homewood South neighborhood.

Public Safety spokeswoman Amanda Mueller said officers responded to the incident around 1:15 p.m. along the 600 block of Hale Street.

A man was treated for a non-critical stab wound to the back, and another man was taken into custody, Mueller reported.

The victim was treated at the scene and refused further medical care.

The suspect’s information has not yet been released.
