“$3 Million Diamonds and Gold” is a $30 game offering five top prizes of $3 million. The third top prize was sold at Rummy Mart in Chicora, the Pennsylvania Lottery announced Friday.

A scratch-off lottery ticket worth $3 million was sold at a Butler County gas station, the Pennsylvania Lottery announced Friday.

The “$3 Million Diamonds and Gold” scratch-off was sold at Rummy Mart on South Main Street in Chicora. The store gets a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The game has five $3 million top prizes, three of which are now claimed, according to the lottery. Tickets cost $30.

Scratch-offs are distributed at random, meaning the Pennsylvania Lottery and its retailers do not know where winning tickets will be sold. The lottery learns where winning tickets are sold only after a prize has been claimed.

The game’s top prizes range from $500 to $3 million. According to the lottery, more than 2,500 $500 prizes and more than 3,000 $1,000 prizes remain. There are now 23 $5,000 prizes, eight $30,000 prizes and three $300,000 prizes.

Scratch-off prizes expire one year from the game’s end-sale date posted at palottery.com. Winners should sign the back of their tickets and call the lottery at 800-692-7481.

All lottery prizes more than $5,000 are subject to applicable withholding.
