Body of murdered New Castle teen found
New Castle police found the body of missing 19-year-old Amari Wise in a wooded area off of Pennsylvania Avenue, Tribune-Review news partner WPXI reported Monday evening.
Both of the men wanted in Wise’s death, a father and his son, are now in custody, New Castle Police said.
Todd Henry, 47, was in custody Monday in New Castle, police said. Connor Farris Henry, 20, was arrested Sunday in Ocean City, Md.
Connor Henry is charged with criminal homicide and tampering with evidence.
Todd Henry is charged with criminal conspiracy to commit homicide, obstruction of justice and tampering with evidence.
New Castle police said Connor Henry would be returned to Pennsylvania after an extradition hearing in Maryland.
Wise’s family reported him missing June 6.
Police received tips that Wise was killed in a garage or residence owned by Todd Henry after an argument between Wise and another man. Witnesses told police Connor Henry shot Wise from behind with a gun believed to be owned by his father, according to a criminal complaint.
Police said they seized two firearm magazines and a spent bullet slug on the sidewalk in front of Todd Henry’s home.
