Cranberry Police are seeking information about a hit-and-run crash early Wednesday morning that left a man in serious condition.

Township police were called to a crash involving a pedestrian shortly before 7 a.m. Wednesday on the southbound side of Franklin Road.

A 28-year-old man was walking south near the intersection of Mars-Crider Road when he was struck by a passing vehicle. Police said the driver fled the scene and that the vehicle would have sustained damage to the front passenger side.

Anyone with information is asked to call 724-776-5180, ext. 5 or the Butler County Communications Center at 724-282-1221.
