A driver climbed out of the sunroof of a moving car to flee the scene of a chain-reaction crash in Philadelphia.

A man climbed through the sunroof to flee the still-moving car he had apparently just slammed into another car.

The driver of a red Cadillac on Friday didn’t wait for his crashed car to come to a stop before climbing out the sun roof, grabbing something through the window, fixing his shoe and sprinting away, reports WPVI-TV.

The chain-reaction wreck happened near a Philadelphia television studio and their surveillance camera caught the whole thing.

Police eventually returned the driver to the scene, wrote him a ticket and he was able to drive away in the car from which he fled, WPVI-TV reported.

There were no serious injuries.
